Ho scritto a K&B su Facebook un paio di volte prima di ordinare e ho ricevuto risposta a tutte le domande in tempi rapidi. Ordine effettuato e arrivato entro la settimana. La parete è per un angolo bar che sto realizzando in casa. Ero preoccupato per le giunzioni, ma onestamente una volta finito spariscono, a meno che tu non stia a cinque centimetri di distanza. Così bello che credo ne ordinerò altri per la zona dietro il bancone. L'effetto è esattamente quello che cercavo.

Ho comprato un solo pannello campione e l'ho montato su un pezzo di compensato, poi l'ho messo all'esterno per vedere come regge il resto dell'estate e il prossimo inverno. Poi ne comprerò abbastanza per fare lo zoccolo di una casa prefabbricata, se in primavera sarà ancora a posto. Sembra un prodotto molto buono e affidabile.

Jake è stato eccezionale dopo alcuni problemi con il corriere. Gli ho chiesto di intervenire e lo ha fatto immediatamente, sollecitando il corriere e assicurandosi che la merce venisse consegnata. Vista la situazione (diversi tentativi di consegna a un indirizzo sbagliato) alcune piastrelle si erano danneggiate. Jake ha risolto subito inviando i ricambi. Un servizio clienti eccezionale, cosa rara di questi tempi: un'azienda affidabile e seria da cui acquistare!
